Shuffll: Personalized Video at Volume
Check Point, employee birthday
A company wants to send every employee a birthday video, or every loyalty member a gift. Thousands of people, each expecting something that feels meant for them. Making those by hand is impossible, and making them generic defeats the point.
So the film is built once as a system. Names, languages, brand colours and product details drop in per recipient, and the platform renders and delivers the lot.
The interesting constraint is that personalisation is very easy to do badly. A name pasted flatly onto a template reads as a mail merge and lands worse than sending nothing. It has to sit inside the world of the piece: printed on the gift box, spelled out by the claw machine, painted on the side of the truck. The moment the name feels like an object in the scene rather than a text layer, the whole thing changes character.
These run vertical, because they arrive on a phone in the middle of somebody’s working day.
This one went out as more than 150,000 individual films.
