AI Video Automations & Workflows
Shuffll: URL to Property Video
250 Mercer Street, private property tour
You give the system a property listing URL. It reads the page, takes the photographs, writes a script, generates a voice, and returns a finished marketing film. Nobody touches it in between.
That is a strange brief for a creative director, because you never get to art direct a shot. You are directing the rules instead: which opening hook fits which kind of property, how long a room can hold before it goes flat, when the price should appear, what the camera does when the source material is six mediocre photographs and no video at all.
Most automated property videos look automated. They are a slideshow with music and a Ken Burns pan. The thing worth solving here was the opening. So the system carries a set of built hooks, a key turning in a door, a helicopter drop onto the roof, an agent stepping out of a car, a finger snap that cuts the room into place. Every generated video starts with an actual idea rather than a dissolve.
The output shifts shape too. A full landscape tour for a listing page, a vertical cut for social, an avatar presenter when the client wants a face. Same input, different edit, no extra work.
